This morning’s NAIOP Colorado Metro Mayors’ Forum brought together Denver Mayor Mike Johnston, Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman, and Fort Collins Mayor Jeni Arndt for an insightful discussion on key issues impacting Colorado’s cities. In front of an engaged audience of over 250 commercial real estate professionals, the Mayors tackled pressing topics, including housing challenges, environmental regulations, and ambitious economic development plans for their communities. The forum was skillfully moderated by NAIOP Past President and Public Policy Chair Tyler Carlson of Evergreen Development, making for a dynamic and informative program that highlighted each city’s unique approach to shaping Colorado’s future.
